Detectives: Identity thief steals more than $5,000 using fraudulent credit card

Detectives in Ohio are searching for a man they say stole someone’s identity and then spent more than $5,000 at stores in Lexington and Nicholasville. Brown County Ohio Detective Chad Noble says the suspect is responsible for stealing a Brown County Ohio man’s identity and using it to open credit cards on June 25th in Lexington and Nicholasville.

Child, two others killed in Brown County flood

A family of six was inside the mobile home when it was lifted from its foundation. Crews rescued three people from the home and continued to search for the girl, who is about 4 years old, into the morning hours.

A blind Sardinia woman says a Brown County church is discriminating against her by not allowing her guide dog on a church bus. Cathy Inglis says Tiny, a 6-year-old Boxer is an extension of herself helping her to live independently even though she is completely blind.

A Ripley resident caught what appears to be a funnel cloud on camera in Brown County Monday afternoon. Donna Proctor says after the National Weather Service issued several severe weather warnings for her area she stepped outside to take a look.
