Pursuit involves crash in Clermont County

Brown County Sheriff Dwayne Wenninger said at about 11:15 a.m. July 9, deputies in an unmarked vehicle working on a heroin investigation tried to stop a vehicle occupied by two suspects on West Apple Street in Mount Orab after a drug transaction had taken place.

Two Lancaster attorneys are advertising a “Bluegrass Pipeline Landowner Group” meeting Tuesday, July 30, in Williamsburg for people who own property in Clermont and Brown counties where an underground pipeline for natural-gas liquids might cross through.

Felicity woman arrested in Brown County

Brown County Sheriff Dwayne Wenninger reports that at about 11 p.m. July 9, after an ongoing undercover drug investigation, deputies arrested Edward Croswait, 41, of Ripley Road, Ripley, Ohio, on three felony counts of trafficking drugs .

Bethel man wanted for aggravated burglary

Brown County Sheriff Dwayne Wenninger reports that July 7 at about 10:30 p.m. deputies were dispatched to a residence on Eastwood Road in Sterling Township about a man forcing his way into a house and assaulting two people.
